E. Business Center Drive.
Information
The Petitioner for PZ -13-17 is Xttrium Laboratories, Inc., who is seeking to dedicate an easement for public utility access at 1200 E.
Business Center Drive. The Petitioner is the tenant of the building. The property is owned by RJC Laboratories LLC. The Subject
Property is located on the north side of Business Center Drive, contains one industrial building with related improvements, and is zoned I-
1 Limited Industrial.
The plat would dedicate a ten foot (10') easement over a twenty-four inch (24") diameter storm sewer, which carries stormwater runoff
from both this site and the drainage ditch along the south side of Kensington Road along the west side of the subject property, turning
east near the south property line, connecting to the storm sewer in Business Center Drive. While this storm sewer is part of the public
drainage system, there is no record of any easement being granted allowing the Village access for maintenance.
Alternatives
1. Approval of a Plat of Easement that would dedicate an easement for public utility access at 1200 E. Business Center
Drive.
2. Action at discretion of Village Board.

AN EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITY ACCESS FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 1200 E. BUSINESS CENTER DRIVE, MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, Xttrium Laboratories, Inc. ("Petitioner") has filed a petition to dedicate a Plat of
Easement for property located at 1200 E. Business Center Drive ("Property") and legally
described in the Plat of Easement dated March 30, 1989 as:
LOT 407 IN KENSINGTON CENTER RESUBDIVISION TWENTY FOUR DESCRIBED
BEING A RESUBDIVISION OF LOTS 401 AND 402 IN KENSINGTON CENTER
RESUBDIVISION FOURTEEN AND LOT 403 IN KENSINGTON CENTER PHASE FOUR,
(COMMONLY KNOWN AS 1200 EAST BUSINESS CENTER DRIVE, MOUNT PROSPECT,

VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS A HOME RULE MUNICIPALITY:
SECTION ONE: That the Plat of Easements for property located at 1200 E. Business Center
Drive is hereby approved for appropriate execution and recording. Such Plat and its legal
description are incorporated into, and made a part of, this Resolution as Exhibit "A."
SECTION TWO: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
