Other Business In her review of the Village's Report of Revenues and Expenses for the month of March 1998, Commissioner Smilanic noted that budgeted amounts appeared within a Blood Donor Program within the Human Services Department's budget and within a Blood Donor Program within the Community and Civic Services budget. Mr. Caputo responded that, in the 1998 Village Budget, funds for the Blood Donor Program were only provided in the Community and Civic Services budget. He stated that he would investigate why the Report of Revenues and Expenses produced from the AEK system reflected erroneous budgeted amounts for the Blood Donor Program within the Human Services Department budget. Commissioner Smilanic also noted that certain expenditures had been recorded in the Leaf Removal Program budget for the first three months of 1998. Because she expected that the Village would only incur Leaf Removal Program expenditures during the autumn months, Commission Smilanic inquired as to the basis for the 1998 charges. Mr. Caputo stated that he would investigate the matter and report his findings to the Commission. Commission Hallman stated that he had recently received the April 1998 edition of the Northwest Tax Watch Newsletter. In the newsletter, an article appeared concerning debt issued by the Solid Waste Agency of Northern Cook County (SWANCC). He asked if someone could provide the Commission information concerning SWANCC's operations. Mr. Caputo said that he would attempt to arrange for an appropriate individual to address the Commission. VI. Finance Director's Report Mr. Caputo provided a schedule,._ to the Commission summarizing the 1998 year-to-date performance of revenues dedicated to support the Street Improvement Program. In explaining the schedule, he stated that, while some of the components of the revenue structure are affected by the season of the year, it appears that all components of the revenue structure will meet or exceed their budgeted targets for 1998.
