OF THE VILLAGE CODE
This Ordinance decreases the number of Class "W"
liquor licenses by one, Sizzler Restaurant, 110
East Rand Road. (Exhibit A)

1st reading of AN iORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 407 SOUTH MEIER ROAD
This Ordinance grants a variation to allow
a 2.33' sideyard, irather than the required
6.5', in order to,accommodate an existing
basketball court. The Zoning Board of Appeals
recommended granting this request by a vote of 6-0. (Exhibit B)

1st reading of AN!ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 205 S. AUDREY LANE
This Ordinance grants a variation to allow
a 6' 9" sideyard Setback, rather than the
required 9.25', and a variation to allow a 27'
front yard setbac] rather than 30' to allow
construction of an addition to an existing garage.
Zoning Board of Appeals recommended granting
this request by aivote of 7-0. (Exhibit C)

1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING VARIATIONS
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1050 SOUTH LINNEMAN ROAD
This Ordinance grants variations to allow
a circular driveway and the resulting 48%
front yard lot coverage, rather than the permitted
35%. The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended
granting this request by a vote of 7-0. (Exhibit D)

USE AND VARIATION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT

This Ordinance grants a Special Use Permit
to allow a 3-car garage and a variation to allow
a 34 foot wide driveway, rather than the permitted
21'. The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended
granting this request by a vote of 7-0. (Exhibit E)

FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 748 WHITEGATE COURT
This Ordinance would allow a total lot coverage
of 47.3% rather than the 45% allowed. (Exhibit F)

1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1818 AZTEC LANE
This Ordinance grants a variation to allow
construction of a deck which will result
in a 1' 5" side yard at the narrowest point,
rather than the required 10'. The Zoning
Board of Appeals recommended granting this
request by a vote of 4-1. Exhibit G)

1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING VARIATIONS

This Ordinance grants variations to allow
a circular driveway and to allow a front yard
coverage of 53.8%, rather than the allowed 35%.
The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended denying
this request by a vote of 2-3. (Exhibit H)

This Ordinance grants a variation to allow a

Zoning Board of Appeals recommended granting this
request by a vote of 5-0. (Exhibit J)

This Ordinance amends Ordinance No. 4156 to
allow limited retail uses in the Rogers
Industrial Park. The Zoning Board of Appeals
recommended granting this request by a vote of 5-0. (Exhibit K)

Zoning Board of Appeals recommended granting this
request by a vote of 5-0. (Exhibit L)
