Minutes of meeting October 159 1977
Present: Chairman Ronchetto, Commissioners Bachhuber, Beier, Hasse, Hiehle, Linkman,
and Miller
The meeting was called to order at 9:30 A.M. by Chairman Ronchetto.
Commissioner Bill Hasse presented his subcommittee's report on the three-year financial
projections.
An extended discussion on this report ensued.
Commissioner Bill Hasse moved that the report be approved by the Commission and that
Chairman Ronchetto arrange to have the reports delivered to the Mayor and Board of
Trustees. Commissioner Hiehle seconded the notion. The motion carried `( to 0.
The Commissioners that were unable to attend today's meeting had previously indicated
their support for the report. ,It was agreed to call for and count their votes at
the next meeting.
A meeting was scheduled for Wednesday, November 2 at 8:00 P.M.
Chairman Ronchetto adjourned the meeting.
