A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION
FOR PROPERY LOCATED AT 103 SOUTH BUSSE ROAD, MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, the Board of Education Mount Prospect School District 57, (Petitioner) has
requested approval of a Final Plat of Subdivision for the purpose of consolidating seven (7)
parcels to one (1) lot of record and granting public utility and drainage easements, as legally
described in Exhibit "A" for the property commonly known as 103 South Busse Road
("Property"); and
WHEREAS, the plat creates one (1) lot of record and dedicates five feet (6) wide and ten feet
(10') wide public utility and drainage easements as shown in Exhibit "A"; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS, A HOME RULE
MUNICIPALITY, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: That the Final Plat of Subdivision creating one (1) lot of record and granting public
utility and drainage easements for property located at 103 South Busse Road, attached as
Exhibit "A" is hereby approved for appropriate execution and recording. Such Plat and its legal
description are incorporated into and made part of this resolution.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval in the manner provided by law.

SECTION I: That the Final Plat of Subdivision creating one (1) lot of record and granting public
utility and drainage easements for property located at 103 South Busse Road, attached as
Exhibit "A°" is hereby approved for appropriate execution and' recording. Such Plat and its legal
description are incorporatedinto and made part of this resolution.
SECTION 2: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval in the manner provided by law.
