Chairperson Skowron called the meeting to order at 3:00 p.m.
Roll Call: Michaele Skowron, Chairperson
Charles Bennett, Commissioner
Mark Busse, Commissioner
Excused: James Powers, Commissioner
Jackie Hinaber, Commissioner
Also Present: Michael Eterno, Deputy Chief of Police

The purpose of this meeting was to conduct Police Department Oral Interviews. Chairperson Skowron asked for
a motion to go into Closed Session.
CLOSED SESSION
A motion was made by Commissioner Bennett and seconded by Commissioner Busse to go into Closed
Session at 3:01 p.m. to conduct oral interviews under Personnel 5 ILCS 120/2 (c) (1) - The appointment,
employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body,
including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee to determine its validity.
Roll Call: Ayes: Bennett, Busse, Skowron Nays: None Abstain: None Motion Carried
The Board returned to Open Session at 10:34 p.m. with everyone present from the previous session
A motion was made by Commissioner Bennett and seconded by Commissioner Busse to adjourn the meeting
at 10:34 p.m.
