PUBLIC HEARING
This public hearing called pursuant to proper legal notice having been published in the Daily Herald on
December 14, 2015, for the purpose of considering and hearing testimony in regard to a proposed
annexation agreement relative to the annexation to the Village of Mount Prospectof a tract of property
comprising approximately two acres.
A.RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN ANNEXATION AGREEMENT(Exhibit A)
BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT AND THEILLINOIS STATE
TOLLWAY HIGHWAY AUTHORITY
This agreement, requiring2/3 vote of the Corporate Authorities, authorizes the Village to enter into an
Annexation Agreement with the Illinois State Tollway Highway Authority.

PROPERTY LOCATED ALONG THE ILLINOIS STATE TOLL HIGHWAY(I-90)
TO THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS
This ordinance, allpursuant to the provisions of 65 ILCS 5/7-1-8, authorizes the Village of Mount
Prospectto annexterritory located along the Illinois State Toll Highway.
