Request to authorize the Holiday Inn to continue operating under an existing Class "A" liquor license. The corporate ownership structure will change as of June 30, 1992. B. Request tO create one additional Class "R" liquor license for a new restaurant, to be known as Chungkiwa Restaurant, at 1631-33 South Busse Road. C. Appointments VIII. OLD BUSINESS IX. NEW BUSINESS A. ZBA 17-V-92, 1500 - 1522 North Elmhurst Road The Petitioner is requesting a variation from Section 14..3012 to allow a reduction in the number of required parking spaces for this shopping center, located at the'southwest corner of Elmhurst and Camp Mc Donald Roads, from 116 to 70 to allow a Class III restaurant (Lou Malnati carry-out) to occupy a portion of the building. The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended granting this request by a vote of 6-0. B. ZBA 19-V-92 and ZBA 20-SU-92, 1230 S. Prairie Avenue The Petitioner is requesting a variation from Section 14.115.C to allow a driveway width of 31 feet, rather than the'permitted 21 feet. Also requested is a Special Use to allow a garage designed to house more than 2 vehicles. The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended granting this request by a vote of 6-0. C. ZBA 21-SU-92, 102 Hatlen Avenue The Petitioner is requesting a Special Use to allow a garage designed to house more than 2 vehicles. The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended granting this request by a vote of 6-0. D. ZBA 22-V-92, 1308 North Lama Lane The Petitioner is requesting variations from Section 14.3016.A.1 to allow a circular driveway and from Section 14.1102.A to allow 48% of the front yard to be covered with impervious surface rather than the permitted 35%. By a unanimous vote, the Zoning Board recommended denying this request. E. ZBA 23-SU-92, 309 North Westgate The Petitioner is requesting a Special Use to allow a satellite dish ten feet in radius. The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended granting this request by a vote of 6-0. F. ZBA 24-V-92, 508 South Owen Street The Petitioner is requesting a variation from Section 14.1103 to allow a Floor Area Ratio of .46 rather than the permitted .35 in order to construct a second story addition and sun room to an existing single family home. The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended granting this request by a vote of 6-0. G. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWNHOMES GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF MAPLE AND LINCOLN STREETS AND THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT RELATIVE TO PARKING (Exhibit A) H. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4311, GRANTING A VARIATION FOR THE CHICAGO ASSEMBLY OF GOD, 618 EAST GOLF ROAD, BY EXTENDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE FOR ONE ADDITIONAL YEAR (Exhibit B) I. A RESOLUTION IN LIEU OF A SURETY BOND IN ORDER TO PERFORM SPECIFIED CONSTRUCTION WORK WITHIN STATE OF ILLINOIS RIGHTS-OF-WAY (Exhibit C) J. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT OF UNDERSTANDING RELATIVE TO MAINTENANCE OF ROADWAYS UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION This Agreement authorizes the Village to undertake certain projects without prior approval from IDOT. A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A SETTLEMENT IN THE LAW SUIT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE AND COOK COUNTY SCHOOL BUS (Exhibit E) N. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT This Ordinance authorizes the sales of miscellaneous property owned by the Village, as well as some abandoned and confiscated property, through an auction on Saturday, May 16th.
