This Ordinance amends Chapter 24 entitled "The
Village Code" and allows for the addition of
Chapter 25 entitled "The Village code". (Exhibit E)
F. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 25 OF
THE VILLAGE CODE
This Ordinance increases the cost of purchasing the
3 volume Village Code of Mount Prospect. (Exhibit F)

(TRAFFIC CODE) OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT (Exhibit G)
IX. NEW BUSINESS
A. ZBA 77-Z-92, ZBA 78-SU-92, 1000 W. Central Road
The Petitioners are requesting a rezoning from
I-I Light Industrial to R-3 Apartment Residence,
and a Special Use Permit to allow a Planned Unit
Development which consists of 82 townhome units.
At the request of a resident, Village Board
review of this case has been deferred until
January 19, 1993.
B. ZBA 79-Z-92, ZBA 80-SU-92, ~BA 81-V-92, 903 South
Edgewood Lane
The Petitioner is requesting rezoning from R-X
Single Family to R-1 Single Family to permit a
conforming two-lot subdivision; a Special Use
Permit to allow garages designed to house more
than tWo vehicles; and a variation to allow
driveways 30' in width instead of the
maximum 21' The Zoning Board of Appeals
recommended granting these requests by separate
votes of 7-0.
C. ZBA 82-V-92, 800 S. Emerson Street
The Petitioner requested a variation to permit
a 6' high fence instead of the maximum allowed
5'. The Zoning Board of Appeals, which is final
in this instance, voted 5-2 to grant the request.
~As provided in the Code, an appeal from the
decision of the Zoning Board of Appeals has been
filed which is forwarded to the Village Board for
final determination.
D. ZBA 83~SU-92, 107 W. Prospect Avenue
The Petitioner is~requesting a Special Use
.~ Permit to allow the installation of a
~ i roof-mounted satellite antenna. The Zoning Board
of Appeals recommended granting this request by a
vote of 7-0, with certain conditions.
E~ A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING MOTOR FUEL TAX FUNDS
This Resolution appropriates funds for the
reconstruction of Bittersweet Lane from Quince Lane
to Burning Bush Lane. (Exhibit H)
F. A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING MOTOR FUEL TAX FUNDS
This Resolution appropriates funds for specified
general maintenance operations. (Exhibit J)
