1. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
ZONING MAP OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
This Ordinance re-zones the subject property
from R-X to R-1 in order to construct 2 single
family homes. The Zoning Board of Appeals
recommends granting this request by a vote of 7-0. Exhibit A)
2. 1st reading of AI~ ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL
USE FOR PROPERTY GENERALLY KNOWN AS 903 AND 905
SOUTH EDGEWOOD LANE
This Ordinance grants a Special Use for the 2
homes proposed to be built on the subject property
to allow garages designed to house more than 2
vehicles. The Zoning Board of Appeals recommends
granting this request by a vote of 7-0. Exhibit B}
3. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING VARIATIONS
FOR PROPERTY GENERALLY KNOWN AS 903 AND 905
SOUTH EDGEWOOD LANE
This Ordinance grants variations to allow driveways
30 feet in width, rather than the maximum of 21 feet.
The Zoning Board of Appeals recom~ends granting

FOR PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 107 WEST PROSPECT AVENUE
This Ordinance grants a Special Use Permit to allow
the installation of a roof-mounted satellite antenna.
The Zoning Board of Appeals recommends granting this
request by a vote of 7-0. (Exhibit D)

The Petitioner has requested the variation granted
for the subject property be extended for one year,
effective through February 4, 1994. (Exhibit

C. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT AND THE
FOREST RIVER FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT
This Resolution authorizes the renewal of the
annual Agreement to provide emergency services to
the Forest River Fire Protection District by the
Mount Prospect Fire Department. (Exhibit H)
D. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AMENDMENT TO
AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT AND
BROADACRE MANAGEMENT COMPANY
This Amendment extends the effective date of the
Agreement with Broadacre Management Company in
conjunction with the downtown redevelopment project. (Exhibit J)
