VILLAGE CODE
This Ordinance deletes the Class "R" liquor license issued to
Dragon City, 1716 E. Kensington Road. The owners of this
establishment have chosen to operate their restaurant without
serving alcohol. (Exhibit B)

1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FOR
PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 412 NORTH PINE STREET
This Ordinance grants a variation to allow a front yard setback of
24 feet, instead of the required 30 feet. The Zoning Board of Appeals
recommended granting this request by a vote of 4-0. (Exhibit C)
B. ZBA 23-Z-93, 1000 - 1010 North Elmhurst Road
1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
ZONING MAP OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
This Ordinance razones the subject property from R-X to R-1
in order to construct 7 single family homes. The Zoning
Board of Appeals recommended granting this request by a
vote of 4-0. (Exhibit D)
C. ZBA 24-V-93, 1132 Juniper Lane
1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING VARIATIONS FOR
PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 1132 JUNIPER LANE
This Ordinance grants a variation to allow an intedor sideyard
of 6 feet, instead of the required 9 feet, in order to permit a deck.
The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended granting this
request by a vote of 4-0. (Exhibit E)
D, ZBA 26-SU-93 and ZBA 27-V-93, 1308 Lama Lane
1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING VARIATIONS FOR
PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 1308 LAMA LANE
This Ordinance grants variations to allow a driveway width of
27 feet, instead of 21 feet, and to alloW a front yard coverage
of 38%, instead Of the maximum 35%, to allow a parking pad.
The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended granting these
requests by a vote of 4-0. (Exhibit F)

1. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE VILLAGE OF
MOUNT PROSPECT
This Ordinance rezones the subject property from B-3
(Business Retail Service) to R-4 (Residential Development)
to allow for residential condominium units. (Exhibit G)
2. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE, GRANTING A SPECIAL
USE IN THE NATURE OF A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT FOR PROPERTY COMMONLY
KNOWN AS 1699 WALL STREET
This Ordinance grants a Special Use in the nature of
a Planned Unit Development to allow 96 condominium
units and clubhouse and use exceptions of 35%, rather
than the 20%, and phasing-out the office uses in this
building. The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended
granting these requests by a vote of 4-0. (Exhibit H)
X. NEW BUSINESS
A. A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING REPRESENTATIVES. OF
THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT TO THE JOINT
ACTION WATER AGENCY (JAWA)
This Resolution designates Mayor Farley as the Village's
representative and Trustee Clowes as alternate representative
to JAWA. (Exhibit J)
B. ' 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE VIII
ENTITLED "REAL ESTATE TRANSFER TAX" OF CHAPTER 8
OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
This Ordinance establishes provisions for transactions involving
contract sales~ (Exhibit K)
