A. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF
FOUNDERS ROW, 1-17 SOUTH EMERSON STREET
(Deferred to the March 1, 2005 Village Board meeting).

1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1310 BURNING BUSH LANE
This ordinance grants a variation for the construction of an oversized
garage. The petitioner is appealing the Planning and Zoning Commission's
recommendation (4-3) to deny the request.

1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1451 WEST LINCOLN STREET
This ordinance grants a variation for a garage addition with encroachment
into the side yard The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended
approval by a vote of 5-2.

1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
FOR A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AT 1-17 SOUTH EMERSON STREET
This ordinance grants a Conditional Use permit and variations to allow the
construction of fourteen (14) rowhomes as a Planned Unit Development.
The Planning and Zoning Commission is recommending approval,
with conditions, by a vote of 6-1.

1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 4 (APPOINTIVE
VILLAGE OFFICERS) OF THE MOUNT PROSPECT VILLAGE CODE
This ordinance amends Article VIII of Chapter 4 by creating the position
of Operations Commander within the Police Department.

Police Department:

Request to waive bid process and purchase one (1) Ford Excursion
command vehicle for Fire Department ($34,298.00).

flat-bed body and crane to be mounted on existing chassis ($50,665.00).

Municipal Conference (NWMC) for purchase of fire engine
