2 reading of AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A MAP AMENDMENT (REZONING)
TO THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT ZONING ORDINANCE LOCATED AT
101 AND 103 SOUTH BUSSE ROAD AND 1420 AND 1421 WEST CENTRAL ROAD
This ordinance rezones 101 and 103 South Busse Road from RX Single Family
Residence to R-1 Single-Family Residence and 1420 and 1421 West Central Road
from CR Conservation Recreation to R-1 Single-Family Residence.
The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of this request by
a vote of 7-0.

A. RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT TO ENTER (Exhibit C)
INTO AN INTERGOVERNMENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT
OF TRANSPORTATION
This resolution authorizes the Village of Mount Prospect to enter into an Intergovern-
mental Agreement with the Illinois Department of Transportation for pedestrian crossing
improvements at Central Road and Weller Lane.

B. A RESOLUTION ABROGATING A PORTION OF CERTAIN WATERMAIN AND (Exhibit D)
SANITARY SEWER EASEMENTS LOCATED AT RANDHURST VILLAGE, 999
NORTH ELMHURST ROAD, MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS
This resolution abrogates certain watermain and sanitary sewer easements located
at Randhurst Village.

This ordinance amends Ordinance No. 6148 by granting a one (1) year extension
(July 15, 2016) for Conditional Uses and Variation for the property located at
990-1145 Mount Prospect Plaza, 940-950 East Rand Road and 1200-1220 East
Central Road.
