JimChylik inquiredastowhathappensifresidentsķƚƓ͸Ʒcallintohavetheirwatermeterexchanged.Mayor JuracekindicatedthattheVillagewoulddofollowupwithresidentstoscheduletheexchange.Hesuggested thatmailingssentbytheVillagebeaddressedtotheresidentbynameratherthanͻhĭĭǒƦğƓƷͼinordertoavoid residentsdiscardingimportantnoticessentbytheVillage.Mr.Chylikhadquestionsregardingonlinepayment forhiswaterbillandMayorJuracekindicatedthatVillagestaffwouldfollowupwithhimregardinghis questions. JerryBoldt hadnothingtoreport. MikeCuddy expressedconcernregardingtheproposedWalgreensonthecornerofGolfandElmhurst.He statedthatthedeveloperisgoingdoortodoorspeakingwithresidentsfromtheneighborhood.Further discussiontookplaceregardingtheprotectivecovenantandMayorJuracekencouragedhimtocontinueto engageresidentsofthesubdivisionregardingthisissue.TrusteePolitaddedthattheBoardhastovoteonthis issueevenifthedevelopergets51%oftheresidentstoagree.Mr.Cuddyinquiredastothestatusofthe propertyat83andCentral.MayorJuracekadvisedthatnobodyisclaimingownershipandacourtorderfor demolitionhasbeenissued.Generaldiscussionfollowed. LindaandDaveBrady expressedconcernsabouttheproposedWalgreensatGolfandElmhurstandstressedthe importanceofkeepingtheneighborhoodeducatedabouttheseconcerns.MayorJuracekindicatedthatthe rezoningrequestswouldhavetogobeforethePlanningandZoningcommission.TrusteeRogerssuggested invitingthedevelopertoaCoffeewithCouncilmeeting.Lindainquiredastohowtoresearchtheoriginalowner ofthebuildingandMayorJuraceksuggestedcheckingwiththecounty. LouisBowers hadnothingtoreport. WilliamMiller statedheisopposedtotherequestbySchoolDistrict57toputinanaccessroadatWestbrook School.Hehassafetyconcernsanddoesnotwanttoseetheparklikesettingdestroyed.Mr.Millerstatedthat hefeelsthatwhatDistrict57isdoingisinviolationofVillagecodes.HestatedthatheattendedthePlanning andZoningmeetingandvoicedhisconcerns.Mr.Millerinquiredastowhowouldmowthelawnandwho wouldbeliableforinjury.TrusteePolitindicatedthatthepropertyisownedbyDistrict57.MayorJuracek statedthatthecasethatwillbepresentedtotheBoardisarezoningcaseandthatsomeoftheconcernshehas shouldberaisedduringthedevelopmentprocess.Generaldiscussionfollowed.
