ZBA 78-V-93, 523 We Go Trail 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FOR PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 523 WE GO TRAIL This Ordinance grants a variation to allow a 72" wide service walk to encroach onto the required sideyard setback, rather than the permitted 36". The Zoning B°ard of Appeals recommended granting this request by a vote of 6-0. (Exhibit B) B. ZBA 80-Z-93 and ZBA 81-SU-93, Lake Center Corporate Park (Elmhurst and Algonquin Roads) At the request of the Petitioner the 2nd readings of the Ordinances amending the Official Zoning Map of the Village, amending the Planned Unit Development and, amending the Comprehensive Plan will be presented January 18th. C. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE CREATING SPECIAL SERVICE AREA NO. 7 No action will be taken on this Ordinance Since petitions were presented to the Village containing sufficient signatures to prohibit the creation of Special Service Area No. 7. (Exhibit C) X. NEW BUSINESS A. ZBA 71-Z-93 and ZBA 72-SU-93, Northeast corner of Rand and Euclid Roads The Petitioner is requesting the property to be rezoned from R-1 (Single Family District) to R-4 (Residential Development District) and a Special Use in the nature of a Planned Unit Development in order to allow four buildings, 2 four story and 2 five story, with a total of 208 units. The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended granting these requests by a vote of 6-1. B. Accept improvements installed in conjunction with the single family homes in the Hickory-Lincoln Subdivision Xl. Drill Press/Milling MaChine B. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE CREATING ARTICLE XIV OF CHAPTER 8 ENTITLED "PROPERTY TAX RELIEF" This Ordinance establishes Article XIV of Chapter 8 providing for property tax relief for qualified residents of the Village. (Exhibit D) C. PUBLIC HEARING This Public Hearing, called pursuant to proper legal notice having been published in the Mount Prospect Journal on December 10, 1993, is for the purpose of declaring the increase in the annual tax levies for the Village.
