MarkMiskowski,PhillipDriveΑ Mr.MiskowskistatedthatheownssomebuildingsintheVictoriaHills Apartmentcomplexandthathewasexperiencingproblemswithpartiesandautorepairintheirparkinglots.He alsohashadissueswithvandalismtohisfencealongtheMansardLaneapartmentsandwasaskingfor enhancedpolicesupportinhisarea.Mr.Miskowskiwasencouragedtocontactthepoliceusing911when disturbancesweretakingplacesothattheycouldquicklyaddressanyproblems.Hewasalsoencouragedto workotherbuildingownersandpossiblyhireprivatesecurityservices.
