ZBA 28-Z-93 and ZBA 29-SU-93, 1699 Wall Street The Petitioner has requested these cases be withdrawn. B. ZBA 40-V-93, 2004 East Woodview 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FOR PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 2004 EAST WOODVIEW This Ordinance grants a variation to allow interior side yards of 2' 10" on the west and 3, on the east, in order to construct handicap ramps onto a deck. The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended granting this request by a vote of 6-0. (Exhibit A) C. ZBA 44-V-93, 628 Bob-O-Link 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FOR PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 628 BOB-O-LINK This Ordinance grants a variation to allow a front yard setback of 20 feet, instead of the required minimum 30 feet, in order to allow an existing porch to remain. Also requested is a variation to allow a second driveway to be added off Forest Avenue. The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended granting this request by a vote of 6-0. (Exhibit B) D. ZBA 45-Z-93, 1022 Linneman Road 1. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT This Ordinance rezones the subject property from R-X to R-1 (Single Family). The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended granting this request by a vote of 6-0. (Exhibit C) E. Patty Sue Plat of Subdivision, 1026 Linneman Road 1. This subdivision creates 2 lots of record for this property. The Plan Commission recommended approving, this subdivision. Previous action of the Village Board rezoned this property from R-X to R-1. 2. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A RESTRICTIVE COVENANT FOR PROPERTY GENERALLY KNOW AS PATI'Y SUE SUBDIVISION (1026 Linneman Road) This Covenant guarantees the installation of certain public improvements at a future date, as required by Ordinance recently approved by the Village Board granting modifications from the Development Code, (Exhibit D) X. NEW BUSINESS A. Elmhurst Place Subdivision, 1000 North Elmhurst Road Petitioner is requesting a modification from the Development Code as to lot depth, and to waive the requirement to install certain public improvements. The Plan Commission recommended granting these requests. B. Recommendation of the Plan Commission to accept the 1992 Fair Housing Report Xl. VILLAGE MANAGER'S REPORT A. Bid results: 1. Handicap accessible washroom facility, 2nd floor Village Hall 2. Maple Street reconstruction B Request to increase the contract for reconstructing the parking lot at Fire Station #2, Golf and Busse Roads C. Request for field change to allow limited retail sales in the Rogers Corporate Park, South Elmhurst Road, for M. Hyman & Son D Status Report Xll. ANY OTHER BUSINESS Xlll.
