X. OLD BUSINESS A. PZ-21-14, 2806 Briarwood Drive West, Andrew Kalinowski- WITHDRAWN \[The Planning and Zoning Commission denied the request at the July 24, 2014 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting by a 0-7 vote. The Petitioner appealed the decision of the Planning and Zoning Commission and requested Village Board approval. By a vote of 6-0 at the September 16, 2014 Village Board meeting, the Village Board continued deferral of this item until such time as staff have completed additional research of the subject property and the request for variation for overall lot coverage. By a vote of 6-0 at the October 7, 2014 Village Board meeting this item was approved for deferral until the October 21, 2014 Village Board meeting. By a vote of 7-0 at the October 21, 2014 Village Board meeting this item was approved for deferral until February 17, 2015. At the February 17, 2015 Village Board meeting, by a vote of 7-0 the Village Board approved deferral of this item until the April 21, 2015 Village Board meeting.\] XI.NEW BUSINESS A. PZ-01-15, 212 East Rand Road, Des Plaines Family Pet Clinic st 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION, PARKING (Exhibit A) LOT SETBACK, FOR PROPERY LOCATED AT 212 EAST RAND ROAD This ordinance grants a variation to allow a four (4) foot parking lot setback to increase the number of parking spaces from ten (10) to eighteen (18) for property located at 212 East Rand Road. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval by a 6-0 vote. B. PZ-02-15, 600 SEE GWUN AVENUE, MT. PROSPECT PARK DISTRICT The Mt. Prospect Park District (Petitioner) is seeking approval of plats for the Mt. Prospect Golf Course located at 600 See Gwun Avenue. These plats clarify existing and newly created easements, rights-of-way and property boundaries between the Village of Mount Prospect and the Mt. Prospect Park District. 1. A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT OF VACATION OF A PORTION OF (Exhibit B) CERTAIN PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY AT WE GO TRAIL AND MAN-A-WA TRAIL, THAT ARE PART OF THE MT. PROSPECT GOLF LOCATED AT 600 SEE GWUN AVENUE, MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS 2. A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT OF ACCESS AND WATER MAIN (Exhibit C) EASEMENT VACATION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 600 SEE GWUN AVENUE, (MT. PROSPECT GOLF COURSE), MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS 3. A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT OF EASEMENT DEDICATION FOR (Exhibit D) PROPERTY LOCATED AT 600 SEE GWUN AVENUE, (MT. PZ-10-15, Randhurst Village Shopping Center, Casto Lifestyle Properties (Exhibit F) 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5705, AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 5821, ORDINANCE NO. 5874 AND ORDINANCE NO. 6136 TO INCLUDE DEVELOPMENT CODE EXCEPTION (WAIVER OF STREET LIGHTING) FOR THE RANDHURST VILLAGE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT LOCATED AT 999 NORTH ELMHURST ROAD, MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS This ordinance amends Ordinance No, 5705, Randhurst Planned Unit Development, (PUD) located at 999 North Elmhurst Road as amended by Ordinance Nos. 5705, 5821, 5874 and 6136 to include Development Code exception (waiver of street lighting). This ordinance does not require a public hearing/recommendation by the Planning and Zoning Commission. * D. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT (Exhibit G) TO ENTER INTO A RECIPROCAL REPORTING AGREEMENT WITH TOWNSHIP HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT 214. This resolution authorizes the Village of Mount Prospect to enter into the Amended Reciprocal Reporting Agreement with Township High School District 214. The amended agreement reflects the updated statutory compliance revisions. * E. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF SURPLUS (Exhibit H) PERSONAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT This ordinance allows the sale of personal property (scrap metal) to Lake County Scrap. * F. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE RESERVING VOLUME CAP IN CONNECTION (Exhibit I) WITH PRIVATE ACTIVITY BOND ISSUES AND RELATED MATTERS XII. A. Motion to accept National Joint Purchasing Alliance contract for the purchase of 2015 John Deere backhoe/loader 410L in an amount not to exceed $107,779. * B.
