A. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13
OF THE VILLAGE CODE
This Ordinance grants a Class "S" liquor license to East
Side Mado's, a new restaurant that will occupy the new building
to I~e built at the southwest corner of the Randhurst Shopping
Center. (Exhibit A)

A. ZBA 80-Z-93 and ZBA 81-SU-93, Lake Center Corporate Park

At the request of the Petitioner the 2nd readings of'the Ordinances
amending the Official Zoning Map of the Village, amending the
Planned Unit Development and, amending the Comprehensive.
Plan will be presented at a date in the near future.
B, ZBA 71-Z-93 and ZBA 72-SU-93, Northeast comer of Rand Road
and Euclid Avenue
At the request of the Petitioner, action on these cases has been
deferred until a date in the near future.
C. Parking on the 200 block of North Louis Street
This item will continue to be deferred pending the outcome of
a neighborhood meeting.
X. NEW BUSINESS
A. ZBA 5-CU-94, Randhurst Shopping Center
The Petitioner is requesting an amendment to the Planned Unit
Development governing Randhurst Shopping Center to allow a
new building to be constructed in the southwest corner of the
shopping canter. The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended
granting this request by a vote of 6-0. -
B. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 4521 BY EXTENDING THE EFFECTIVE DATE FOR THE
VARIATIONS GRANTED TO THE HISTORICAL MUSEUM AT
101 SOUTH MAPLE STREET FOR ONE ADDITIONAL YEAR (Exhibit B)
C, 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE V OF
CHAPTER 5 IN ITS ENTIRETY
This Ordinance places the creation and responsibilities of the
Zoning Board of Appeals in Chapter 5 entitled "Boards and
Commissions" of the Village Code. (Exhibit C)
