ZBA 80-Z-93 and ZBA 81-SU-93, Lake Center Corporate Park (Elmhurst and Algonquin Roads) The 2nd reading of the Ordinance rezoning this property and amending the Planned Unit Development will be presented at the March 15th meeting of the Village Board. B. ZBA 71-Z-93 and ZBA 72-SU-93, Northeast corner of Rand Road and Euclid Avenue At the request of the Petitioner, action on these cases has been deferred until a date in the near future. C. Parking on the 200 block of North Louis Street This item will continue to be deferred pending the outcome of a neighborhood meeting. D. ZBA 5-CU-94, Randhurst Shopping Center 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT GOVERNING THE RANDHURST SHOPPING CENTER This Ordinance amends the Planned Unit Development governing Randhurst Shopping Center to allow a new building to be constructed in the southwest corner of the shopping center. The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended granting this request by a vote of 6-0. (Exhibit A) X. NEW BUSINESS A. Changes in Village Board Protocol 1. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE II ENTITLED "RULES OF ORDER" OF CHAPTER 2 This Ordinance establishes a five minutes limitation on the time a member of the Board can speak on an issue. (Exhibit B) 2. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE II OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT This Ordinance changes the order of business for items on the agenda for ~regular meetings. (Exhibit C) B. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT AND THE FOREST RIVER FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT This Resolution authorizes the annual agreement with this Fire Protection District to provide emergency services of the Fire Department. (Exhibit D) C. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY THROUGH CONDEMNATION OR OTHERWISE FOR THE DISTRICT NO. 1 TAX INCREMENT REDEVELOPMENT PLAN AND REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT This Ordinance authorizes the purchase of the property located at One South Emerson Street in conjunction with the TIF Distdct (Exhibit E) D. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE APPROVING REAL ESTATE PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR PROPERTY GENERALLY LOCATED AT ONE SOUTH EMERSON STREET (Exhibit F) Xl. VILLAGE MANAGER'S REPORT A. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $6,500,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS, SERIES 1994A AND $300,000 GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS, SERIES 1994B, OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT (Exhibit G) B. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ANNUAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1993/94 (Exhibit H) C.
