A. 1. ZBA 40-Z-94, 105, 109 and 111 South Busse Road
1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL
ZONING MAP WITH RESPECT TO THE REZONING OF THE
SUBJECT PROPERTY FROM R-X TO R-1 DISTRICT
This Ordinance rezones the subject property from R-X to R-1
for single family home subdivision. The Zoning Board of Appeals
recommended granting this request by a vote of 7-0. (Exhibit A)
2. Preliminary Plat of Subdivision
This Subdivision creates 15 single family lots. The Plan
Commission recommended approving this subdivision by a
vote of 9-0.
B. ZBA 39-A-94, Text Amendments
2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 14 OF THE
VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT.
The Village Administration, as Petitioner, is requesting various text
amendments to Chapter 14 (Zoning Ordinance). The Zoning Board
of Appeals recommended granting these amendments by a vote of 7-0; (Exhibit B)
IX. NEW BUSINESS
A. ZBA 42-V-94, 1828 Tano Lane - APPEAL
An Appeal has been filed from the final decision of the Zoning Board
to Appeals t.o grant a variation permitting a 6' high fence. Village
Board action is required.
B. ZBA 41-V-94, 4 Jerry Drive
The Petitioner is requesting a variation to allow an existing 156 square
foot shed on a 210 square foot slab to remain, rather than the permitted
120 square feet~ The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended granting
this request by a vote of 7-0.
C. Accept public improvements installed in conjunction with the
Praski's Subdivision, Edgewood Lane south of Lonnquist Boulevard.
