ZBA 40-Z-94, 105, 109 and 111 South Busse Road 1. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP WITH RESPECT TO THE REZONING OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY FROM R-X TO R-1 DISTRICT This Ordinance rezones the subject property from R-X to R-1 for single family home subdivision. The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended granting this request by a vote of 7-0. (Exhibit A) 2. Preliminary Plat of Subdivision This Subdivision creates 15 single family lots. The Plan Commission recommended approving this subdivision. B. ZBA 41-V-94, 4 Jerry Drive 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FOR PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 4 JERRY DRIVE This Ordinance grants a variation to allow an existing 156 square foot shed to remain, rather than the permitted 120 square feet. The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended granting this request by a vote of 7-0. (Exhibit B) IX. NEW BUSINESS A. A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE MOUNT PROSPECT DELEGATE TO THE CULTURAL TRUST COOPERATIVE TO APPROVE THE DISSOLUTION OF THE CULTURAL TRUST COOPERATIVE AND TO PROVIDE FOR WAIVER OF CERTAIN TERMS (Exhibit C) B. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE OFFICIAL COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF 1994 FOR THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT (Exhibit D) C. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN EASEMENT AGREEMENT FOR LOT 802 LOCATED WITHIN THE KENSINGTON CENTER FOR BUSINESS (Exhibit E) D. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE XI OF CHAPTER 11 OF THE VILLAGE CODE This Ordinance amends the Village Code by removing regulations governing the fares that taxicabs can charge while operating in the Village. (Exhibit F) E. A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 19-93 APPOINTING A DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE DIRECTOR TO THE SOLID WASTE AGENCY OF NORTHERN COOK COUNTY (SWANCC) BY APPOINTING ALTERNATE DIRECTORS-OBSERVERS (Exhibit G) X. VILLAGE MANAGER'S REPORT A. Bid Result: 1. Gasoline/Diesel Fuel Ratify Change Order No. 1 for the Pine/Wille Infrastructure Project C. Waive bidding procedure and authorize application of concrete sealant on the lower level of the parking garage at the Police and Firs Headquarters Buildings D. Waive bidding procedurs and authorize rsplacing portions of the heating system in the Senior Citizen Center. E. Waive bidding procedurs and authorize purchase for expansion of mezzanine storage area above the mechanics shop in the Public Works Facility. F. Request to authorize drawing down on the developers guarantee bond to install rsquired improvements on Bonita Court. G.
