OLD BUSINESS A. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SPECIFIED SECTIONS OF CHAPTER 14 OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT This Ordinance amends the text of the Zoning Code. (Exhib=,t A) B. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE VILLAGE This Ordinance amends the Official Zoning Map to include the B-5 and B-5C (Central Business/Core 'District) zoning classifications. (Exhibit B) NOTE: ANY INDIVIDUAL WHO WOULD LIKE TO ATTEND THIS MEETING, BUT BECAUSE OF A DISABILITY NEEDS SOME ACCOMMODATION TO PARTICIPATE SHOULD CONTACT THE VILLAGE MANAGER'S OFFICE AT 100 SOUTH EMERSON STREET, MOUNT PROSPECT, 708/392-6000, EXTENSION 5327, TDD 708/392-6064. C. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL COMPREHENSIVE PLAN OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT This Ordinance amends the Comprehensive Plan and Generalized Land Use Map to inclUde the Central BUsiness District. (Exhibit C)' D. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 16 ENTITLED "DEVELOPMENT CODE" OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT IN ITS ENTIRETY This Ordinance amends Chapter 16 (Development Code) of the Village Code in its entirety. (Exhibit D) IX. NEW BUSINESS A. ZBA 3-V-95, 505 Go Wando The Petitioner is requesting variations to allow front yard setback of approximately 22.5 feet, instead of the required 30' in order to add an addition to the existing garage, and to allow an interior side yard ~. setback of approximately 2 feet for a room addition and 3.5' for the addition to the garage, instead of the required 5'. The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended granting these requests by a vote of 4-0. B. A RESOLUTION APPROPRIATING MOTOR FUEL TAX FUNDS This Resolution appropriates $700,000 for the 1995 resurfacing ~ program. (Exhibit E) C. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE II ENTITLED "RULES OF ORDER" OF CHAPTER 2 OF THE VILLAGE CODE This Ordinance deletes that section of the Village Board agenda entitled "Trustee Comments". (Exhibit F) D. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 8 OF THE VILLAGE CODE This Ordinance addresses the power of arrest and deletes the reference to elected officials being conservators of the peace. (Exhibit G) E. Presentation of preliminary technical report for Tele-Communications Inc. (TCI) physical plant and related Cable T.V. performance. X. VILLAGE MANAGER'S REPORT A. Bid Results: 1. Turf mowing 2. Roof replacements: Fire Station 14 on Kensington Road and Senior Center 3. One 4-ton heavy duty infra-red heated combination asphalt reclamation and storage unit 4.
