A. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18
(TRAFFIC CODE) OF THE VILLAGE CODE
This Ordinance amends the Traffic Code by providing for
a YIELD sign on Albert Street at Busse Avenue and establishing
"No Parking Any Time" on Weller Lane from Central Road to a point
200 feet south of Centrar Road; Both these amendments to the Code
were recommended by the Safety CommissiOn. (Exhibit B)
B. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 12 OF
THE VILLAGE CODE
This Ordinance establishes regulations governing food service
vehicles. (Exhibit C)
C. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE XlII OF
CHAPTER 21 OF THE VILLAGE CODE
This Ordinance amends the Property Maintenance Code. (Exhibit D)
D. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 23 OF
THE VILLAGE CODE
This Ordinance amends vadous sections of the Landlordrrenant
Ordinance. (Exhibit E)
-E. 2nd reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE IV ENTITLED
"WATER AND WATER SUPPLY" AND ARTICLE V ENTITLED "METERS
AND RATES" OF CHAPTER 22 OF THE VILLAGE CODE
This Ordinance increases the water & sewer rates. (Exhibit F)

A. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A GRANT
OF LICENSE WITH GAlL MEYERS TO CONDUCT THE ANNUAL
"~ FARMERS MARKET
This Resolution authorizes Ms. Meyers to conduct the Farmers
Market in the Chicago Northwestern Train Station parking lot from
June 18 through October 15. (Exhibit G)
B. Acknowledge receipt of the Annual Fair Housing Report, which was
approved by the Plan Commission.
C, 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 4 OF THE
VILLAGE CODE
This Ordinance reduces the number of Deputy Fire Chiefs to one. (Exhibit H)
D. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 8 OF THE
VILLAGE CODE
This Ordinance establishes the Order of Succession in the event
of a disaster. (Exhibit J)
