This Ordinance deletes the Class "R" liquor license issued to

This Ordinance changes the classification of liquor license issued '
to Shin Jung Restaurant, 1747 W. Golf Road, from a Class "R" to
a Class "S". (Exhibit B)

1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION FOR
PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 114 NORTH MAIN STREET
This Ordinance grants a variation to allow a 10' x 13' driveway
turn-around to the rear of the home adjacent to a 20' wide driveway.
The Zoning Board of Appeals recommended granting this request
by a vote of 4-0; Exhibit C)
B. ZBA'5-V-95, 1742 Indigo Court
1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION
FOR PROPERTY COMMONLY KNOWN AS 1742 INDIGO COURT
This Ordinance grants a variation to allow a 12' x 16'
(192 square foot) shed in the rear yard. The Zoning Board
recommended granting the request by a vote of 4-0. Exhibit D)

A. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF
CERTAIN PERSONAL PROPERTY OWNED BY THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
This Ordinance authorizes the sale of the Fire Department ladder
truck for $100,000; Exhibit E)
B. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 5
OF THE VILLAGE CODE
This Ordinance amends Chapter 5 by eliminating the Board of
Health, the Board of Local Improvements, the Electrical
Commission and the Architectural Commission. Exhibit F)
C. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTERS 1 AND
2 OF THE VILLAGE CODE
This Ordinance amends the functions of the Village Trustees
to encompass all areas authorized by Home Rule authority as
well as providing for the Mayor and Board of Trustees to seat as
members of the Board of Local Improvements. (Exhibit G)
D. A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN
AGREEMENT WITH THE COOK COUNTY HIGHWAY
DEPARTMENT RELATIVE TO THE SIGNALIZATION OF
CAMP MC DONALD AND SCHOENBECK ROADS
This Resolution authorizes an agreement to share the cost to
install Opticom and maintenance and energy costs
associated with the traffic signal at Camp McDonald and
Schoenbeck Roads. (Exhibit H)
E. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18
(TRAFFIC CODE) OF THE VILLAGE CODE
This Ordinance amends the Traffic Code to include traffic
regulations on the 200 block of north Louis Street. (Exhibit J)
F. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A REFERENDUM
QUESTION TO BE PLACED ON THE BALLOT OF THE
NOVEMBER 7, 1995 ELECTION
This Ordinance authorizes the question of whether the Village
should establish procedures to permit the Recall of officials elected
to Village office to be placed on the November, 1995 ballot. (Exhibit K)
