A. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTERS 13,17 AND 18 AND (Exhibit A)
APPENDIX A, DIVISIONS II AND III, OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT
PROSPECT
This ordinance reflects fee changes discussed at the May 13 and May 27,
2014 Committee of the Whole meetings.
B. * 1S t reading of AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE USE OF GROUNDWATER AS (Exhibit B)
A POTABLE WATER SUPPLY BY THE INSTALLATION OR USE OF POTABLE
WATER SUPPLY WELLS OR BY ANY OTHER METHOD
This ordinance will ban the use of groundwater wells within a certain limited area
around the site located at 1000 -1060 South Elmhurst Road (Golf Plaza II Shopping
Center) so Di Mucci Companies can obtain a No Further Remediation Letter from
Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA).
