Acting Chairperson Skowron called the meeting to order at 2:39 p.m.
Roll Call: Michaele Skowron, Acting Chairperson
Charles Bennett, Commissioner
Mark Busse, Commissioner
Also Present: Michael Eterno, Operations Commander
Timothy Griffin, Police Sergeant
Michael Semkiu, Chief of Police
CITIZENS TO BE HEARD
No one in attendance.
The purpose of this meeting was to conduct Police Department Oral Interviews. Acting Chairperson Skowron
asked for a motion to go into Closed Session.
CLOSED SESSION
A motion was made by Commissioner Powers and seconded by Commissioner M. Busse to go into Closed
Session at 2:39 p.m. to conduct oral interviews under Personnel 5 ILCS 120/2 (c) (1) - The appointment,
employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body,
including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee to determine its validity.
Roll Call: Ayes: Bennett, M. Busse, Skowron Nays: None Motion Carried
The Board returned to Open Session at 9:36 p.m. with everyone present from the previous session.
A motion was made by Commissioner Bennett and seconded by Commissioner M. Busse to adjourn the
meeting at 9:36 p.m.
Roll Call: Ayes: Bennett, M. Busse, Skowron Nays: None Motion Carried
