SPECIAL MEETINGMINUTES
FEBRUARY24,2014
I.CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 6:30p.m. by Mayor Arlene Juracek atthe
Emergency Operations Center1730 W. Central RoadMount Prospect, IL.Trustees
present includedTrustees Paul Hoefert,John Korn, John Matuszak, Steven Polit,
Richard Rogers andMichael Zadel. Staff present included Village Manager Michael
Janonis, Assistant Village Manager David Strahl and Administrative Intern Alex
Bertolucci.
II.VILLAGE BOARD STRATEGIC PLANNING-SESSION 3
Lynn Montei, Montei and Associates,
held a discussion with the Village Board in
further refine the draft strategic plan and summarizing the synthesis document that
was presented for additional discussion and refinement. Extensive discussion took
place regarding the document and modifications of the document.
General consensus of the Village Board was to accept the document with the
modifications. It was recommended that a meeting be convened withthe Village
Board and senior management staff to present the draft strategic plan for input from
staffto determine if any further refinements are necessary.
III.ADJOURNMENT
Meeting adjourned at 9:15p.m.
