Dear Ms. Angell:
The Resolution for the above - referenced section adopted by the Village Mayor
and Board of Trustees on February 7, 2014, received on February 4, 2014, was
approved as of February 20, 2014.
This provides for upgrading traffic signals w/ LED modules, UPS System, and
countdown pedestrian signals at various locations involving streets under the
Department's jurisdiction. Motor Fuel Tax (MFT) Funds will be used to
reimburse the Department for Contract 60W23 and 60X15 and appropriates
$28,500.00 of MFT Funds for the subject section.
