SUBJECT: 1501 FEEHANVILLE DRIVE (03 -35- 200 - 063/064) — CLASS 6B REQUEST
Windy City Land, LLC has withdrawn their request for a Class 6b property tax incentive at 1501
Feehanville Drive in the Kensington Business Center. The transaction between Windy City and the
current owner has been terminated and Windy City is no longer considering this location.
Please forward this memorandum to the Village Board for their review and consideration at their
meeting on March 4th. Staff will be present at that meeting to further discuss this matter.
