SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
JANUARY 28, 2014
I. CALL TO ORDER
The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Mayor Arlene Juracek at the
Emergency Operations Center 1730 W. Central Road Mount Prospect, IL. Trustees
present included Trustees Paul Hoefert, John Korn, John Matuszak, Steven Polit,
Richard Rogers and Michael Zadel. Staff present included Village Manager Michael
Janonis, Assistant Village Manager David Strahl and Administrative Intern Alex
Bertolucci.
II. VILLAGE BOARD STRATEGIC PLANNING
There was a general discussion held on strategic planning lead by facilitator Lynn
Montei of Montei Associates. The discussion focused on defining the main focus of
the purpose of the Village and the supporting tasks that address the focus.
III. ADJOURNMENT
Meeting adjourned at 9:35 p.m,
