OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
This ordinance decreases the number of Class “P-1” liquor licenses by one (1)
Cindy Liquors Inc. d/b/a Gold Eagle Liquors, 1721 West Golf Road.

DRIVE, MAKING APPLICATION FOR AN EXTENSION OF COOK COUNTY
CLASS 6B TAX ABATEMENT

B. 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF $6,275,000 (Exhibit C)
GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS, SERIES 2014, OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT
COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS TO FUND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS RELATED TO
ROADS WITHIN SAID VILLAGE, AND PROVIDING FOR THE LEVY OF A DIRECT
ANNUAL TAX SUFFICIENT TO PAY THE PRINCIPAL OF AND INTEREST ON
SAID BONDS.

C. 1reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING APPENDIX A, DIVISIONS II AND III (Exhibit D)
OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
By Ordinance No. 6110 adopted at the December 17, 2013 Village Board meeting
Articles I, II, III and IV of Chapter 13, “Alcoholic Liquors” of the Village Code
regarding licensing, sale and service of alcoholic beverages were amended. This
ordinance amends the associated fee structure and penalties of the amended
Chapter 13 as regulated in Appendix A, Divisions II and III of the Village Code.

D. 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 20, “ANIMALS,” AND (Exhibit E)
APPENDIX A, DIVISION III OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT,
ILLINOIS
This ordinance amends Chapter 20, “ANIMALS,” and Appendix A, Division III
of the Village Code to provide procedural guidelines to Article IV, “Vicious
Animals.”

E. 1 reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 11 “MERCHANTS, (Exhibit F)
BUSINESSES, OCCUPATIONS AND AMUSEMENTS” OF THE VILLAGE
CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
This ordinance amends Chapter 11 regulating the sale and possession of
e-cigarettes in accordance with the amendments to “The Prevention of
Tobacco Use by Minors and Sale and Distribution of Tobacco Products Act”;
720 ILCS 675/1.5.
