A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT OF DEDICATION
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 115 SOUTH BUSSE ROAD

WHEREAS, the Petitioner, the Village of Mount Prospect, has requested approval of a Plat of
Dedication for property located at 115 South Busse Road; and
WHEREAS, the Plat of Dedication is required to establish public right-of-way for the purposes of
transportation and public utility facilities in compliance with the Mount Prospect Village Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: The dedication of right-of-way is hereby granted for the property at 115 South
Busse Road, and the Plat of Dedication attached tot his Resolution as Exhibit" A" ish ereby
approved for appropriate execution and recording. Such Plat and its legal description, attached to
this Resolution as Exhibit "B," are incorporated into and made a part of this Resolution.
SECTION TWO: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and
approval in the manner provided by law.
