RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PARTICIPATION IN THE
STATE OF ILLINOI$ DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTION
PROJECT TO IMPROVE WOLF ROAD
WHEREAS, the corporate authorities of the Village of Mount
Prospect have determined that it would in the best interests of
the Village to participate with the State of Illinois Department
of Transportion improvement of-Wolf Road; and
WHEREAS, in order to proceed with all aspects of the improvement
of Wolf Road from the curb return on the north side of Wolf Road
and Central Road intersection to the south side return of Wolf
Road and Euclid Avenue it has been determined by the Mayor and
Board of the Village of Mount Prospect that the Village will
share in the costs of said improvement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That the Mayor and .Board of Trustees of the Village
of Mount Prospect do hereby express their intent to participate
in the cost of certain improvements to Wolf Road, from the curb
return on the north side of Wolf Road and Central Road
intersection to the south side return of Wolf Road and Euclid
Avenue, as indicated on the Joint Agreement Between the Village
of Mount Prospect and the State of Illinois Department of
Transportation being the subject of Ordinance No. 3918 in
amount to be determined and agreed to by the parties involved.
SECTION TWO: That this Resolution shall be in full force and
effec~ from and after its passage and approval in the manner
provided by law.
