HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes 29-13 11/05/2013 - Approving a Final Plat of Subdivision 1301-1329 Wolf RoadRESOLUTION NO. 29 -13 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION, FOR PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 1301 -1329 WOLF ROAD AND 1750 EAST EUCLID AVENUE MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS WHEREAS, Dan Wander for Gendell Partners Euclid Wolf, LLC (Petitioner) has requested approval of a Final Plat of Subdivision for the purpose of creating two (2) lots of record and granting the required easements along the property lines, as legally described in Exhibit "A "; and PIN (s) : 03 -25- 300 - 014 -0000 03 -25- 300 - 016 -0000 03 -25- 300 - 011 -0000 WHEREAS, the plat creates two (2) lots of record and dedicates a ten foot (10') water main easement over an existing water main. The existing commercial development would make up Lot 1 and the remainder of the Commonwealth Edison Property would make up Lot 2. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS, ACTING IN THE EXERCISE OF THEIR HOME RULE POWERS: SECTION ONE That the Final Plat of Subdivision creating two (2) lots of record and granting the required public utility easements along property lines for properties located at 1301 -1329 Wolf Road and 1750 East Euclid Avenue, attached as Exhibit "A," is hereby approved for appropriate execution and recording. Such Plat and its legal description are incorporated into and made part of this resolution. SECTION TWO: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
