HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes 02-89 02/07/1989RESOLUTION 2-89 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AN ADDENDUM TO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, THE CITY OF DES PLAINES, AND THE STATE OF ILLINOIS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF CENTRAL ROAD BETWEEN RAND AND WOLF ROADS ORIGINALLY ADOPTED BY RESOLUTION NO. 1-88 WHEREAS, the corporate authorities of the Village of Mount Prospect did determine that it would be in the best interests of the Village to participate with the State of Illinois and the City of Des Plaines in the improvement of Central Road between Rand and Wolf Roads through passage and approval of Resolution No. 1-88; and WHEREAS, it has been further determined that it would be in the best interest of all concerned to execute the Addendum to the Agreement being the subject of Resolution No. 1-88. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS: SECTION ONE: That the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign and the Clerk is authorized directed to attest her signature on the Addendum to the Agreement between the Village of Mount Prospect and the Illinois Department of Transportation, being the subject of Resolution No. 1-88. SECTION TWO: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
