AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF
THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 211
EAST RAND ROAD
This ordinance grants a map amendment to rezone property from B1 Business
Office to B3 Community for property located at 211 East Rand Road.

TO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE STATE OF ILLINOIS/DEPARTMENT
OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND THE STATE OF ILLINOIS/DEPARTMENT
OF TRANSPORTATION AND THE CITY OF PROSPECT HEIGHTS AND THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT FOR THE UPPER DES PLAINES RIVER
FLOOD DAMAGE REDUCTION PROJECT ELEMENT, LEVEE 37
This ordinance amends the Intergovernmental Agreement by granting additional
IDOT easement areas to the Village of Mount Prospect, the City of Prospect
Heights and the Illinois Department of Natural Resources as described in
Exhibit A. (attached).
