1!~'iTHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
~unt Prospect have anne~d certain land and terriwry to ilie
IL~illage of Mount Prospect; and
I~HEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the, Village of
iiMount Prospect have reviewed the names of certain streets in
IIboth the newly annexed areas and in the areas previously within
¡the Village; and
¡WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
,Mount Prospect believe that in the interest of assuring prompt
,land efficient delivery of emergency services that certain street
¡,names should be changed;
¡'NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF
¡TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS;
SECTION ONE; That pursuant to the authority granted to the
I illage of Mount Prospect under the Illinois Revised Statutes,
Ifhapter 24, Section 11-80-19, the name of the following street
,located as indicated below in Township 4lN, Range 11, East of
,¡the third principal meridian, Cook County, Illinois, are hereby
'¡!Changed as indicated below;

¡SECTION TWO: A. That the Village Clerk is hereby directed to
otify each of the landowners of such lots by letter and inform
them of thèir new street name.

¡hr Certified Mail to the proper U.S. Postal Branch and proper
~lection authorities.
