MAYOR'S REPORT A. 1S reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13 (ALCOHOLIC LIQUORS) OF THE VILLAGE CODE This ordinance amends the Village Code by increasing the number of Class "P -1" liquor licenses by one (1) for Vedant Group, Inc. d /b /a White Eagle, 1723 Golf Road. B. PZ- 07 -13, 2008 Hopi Lane, Timothy Malz 1" reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIATION (ACCESSORY STRUCTURE WITHIN EASEMENT) FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2008 HOPI LANE This ordinance grants a variation to install a ninety six square foot (96') shed within the ten foot (10') public utilities and drainage easement. The Planning and Zoning Commission voted to approve the request by a 7 -0. B. * 1S t reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 18 (TRAFFIC) OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT This ordinance amends Section 18.2002, "SCHEDULE II — "PROHIBITED TURNS," Chapter 18 (Traffic) of the Village Code, to prohibit left turns from westbound Euclid Avenue onto southbound Thomas More Terrace. The Transportation Safety Commission recommended approval of the request by a vote of 9 -0. C. 1S reading of AN ORDINANCE PERTAINING TO A DETERMINATION OF THE PREVAILING WAGE RATES This ordinance, required by the State of Illinois, adopts the prevailing wages established by the State of Illinois for public works projects provided by contractors. PROSPECT PARK DISTRICT Transfer of property currently under Village ownership, due to consent decree, To Mt. Prospect Park District ownership.
