RESOLUTION NO. 48-03
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1320-1340 RIVER ROAD
WHEREAS, the Petitioners, Art and Jim McManus, have requested approval of a Plat of
Subdivision for the purpose of creating eighteen (18) lots of record, by subdividing one
existing lot;
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval of the
subdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: The resubdivision of one lot of record to create eighteen (18) lots of
record is hereby granted for the property at 1320~1340 River Road, and the Final Plat of
Subdivision attached to this Resolution as Exhibit "A" is hereby approved for appropriate
execution and recording. Such Plat and its legal description are incorporated into, and
made a part of, this Resolution.
SECTION TWO: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from, and after, its
passage and approval in the manner provided by law.
AYES: Corcoran, Hoefert, Lohrstorfer, Skowron, Wilks, Zadel
NAYS: None
ABSENT: None
PASSED and APPROVED this 2nd day of December, 2003.
