PZ-35-02,901 Edgewood Lane, Residence 1. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP WITH RESPECT TO THE ZONING OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM R-X TO R-1 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 901 EDGEWOOD LANE This ordinance rezones the subject property from R-X to R-1. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval by a vote of 4-0. 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING AN EXCEPTION FROM CHAPTER 15 (SUBDIVISION, DEVELOPMENT, AND SITE IMPROVEMENT PROCEDURES) OF THE MOUNT PROSPECT VILLAGE CODE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 901 EDGEWOOD LANE The proposed ordinance allows a lot depth less than that required by Code. The Planning and Zoning Commission recommends approval by a vote of 4-0. A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT OF RESUBDIVISION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 901 EDGEWOOD LANE This resolution allows one lot of record to be subdivided, creating two lots. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval by a vote of 4-0. A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT OF SUBDIVISION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1320-1340 NORTH RIVER ROAD (CELTIC GLEN SUBDIVISION) This resolution allows the subject property to be subdivided, creating an 18-1ot subdivision. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval by a vote of 5-0. PZ-42-03, 1550 S. Elmhurst Road, Enterprise Rental 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO AMEND A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1550 SOUTH ELMHURST ROAD This ordinance amends Ordinance No. 2416 (4/19/93), to allow truck rentals. Main Street, Auto repair business 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 709 NORTH MAIN STREET This ordinance grants a Conditional Use permit to allow an automobile repair business. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval, with certain conditions, by a vote of 4-0. (Exhibit G) PZ-45-03, 1500 West Central Road, Melas Park 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND VARIATION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1500 WEST CENTRAL ROAD The proposed ordinance grants a Conditional Use permit to allow a lighted soccer field, and a Variation for light poles exceeding the height allowed by Code. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval by a vote of 4-0. (Exhibit H) PZ-27-03, 999 N. Elmhurst Road, Jewel Express, Randhurst Shopping Center 1st reading of AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO AMEND A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 999 NORTH ELMHURST ROAD This ordinance amends Ordinance No. 5361 (8/5/03), to allow the construction of a gas station and convenience center. The Planning and Zoning Commission has recommended approval, with certain conditions, by a vote of 4-0. (Exhibit I) *A RESOLUTION TO INCLUDE COMPENSATION DIRECTED INTO A RETIREMENT HEALTH SAVINGS PLAN AS ILLINOIS MUNICIPAL RETIREMENT FUND EARNINGS This resolution will authorize employees' wage compensation directed into the Retirement Health Savings Plan, as reportable income to the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund. (Exhibit J) *A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE NORTHERN ILLINOIS POLICE CRIME LABORATORY (This resolution was deferred from the November 4, 2003 meeting).
