A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT OF EASEMENT
DEDICATION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
1668 -1698 SOUTH ELMHURST ROAD MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, Mr. George Hanus, Charlotte Property Group, L.L.C. ( "Petitioner ") has requested
approval of a Plat of Easement Dedication for the property located at 1668 -1698 South Elmhurst
Road, Mount Prospect, Illinois ( "Property "); and
WHEREAS, the Petitioner is seeking to dedicate an easement to the Village of Mount Prospect for
water main purposes for the Aetna development that consists of two (2) commercial buildings on
the "Property "; and
WHEREAS, the Plat of Easement Dedication, dedicates a ten foot (10') water main easement for
Parcel One of the "Property" as legally described in the Plat of Easement for Public Watermain
attached as Exhibit "A."
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That the dedication of a ten foot (10') watermain easement for the property located
at 1668 -1698 South Elmhurst Road and the Plat of Easement Dedication attached as Exhibit "A" is
hereby approved for appropriate execution and recording. Such Plat and its legal description are
incorporated into and made part of this resolution.
SECTION THREE: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage
and approval in the manner provided by law.
AYES: Hoefert, Korn, Matuszak, Polit, Rogers, Zadel
NAYS: None
ABSENT: None
