AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 21 (BUILDING)
OF THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE
OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS:
SECTION ONE: That Section 21.501, "DEFINITIONS," of Chapter 21 of the Mount
Prospect Village Code is hereby amended by deleting the following:
"DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: Refer to section 15.202 of this
code."
SECTION TWO: That Section 21.501, "DEFINITIONS," of Chapter 21 of the Mount
Prospect Village Code shall be amended to include, in subsequent alphabetical order, the
following definition:
"DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: The Director of Community
Development of the Village of Mount Prospect, or the Director's duly authorized
agent(s)."
SECTION THREE: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form in the manner provided by law.
