ORDINANCE NO. 3016
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE IV
OF CHAPTER 25 OF THE MUNICIPAL
CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: The title of Article IV'of Chapte~ 25 of the
Municipal Code of the Village of Mount Prospect be, and the
same is hereby, deleted in its entirety and the language
"Damage, Possession and Removal of Village Property" shall be,
and it is hereby, substituted therefor, so that'~said title to
Article IV of Chaptec 25 of said Municipal Code shall hereafter
be and read as follows:
ARTICLE IV. Damage, Possession and Removal of Village
Property
SECTION TWO': Articl~ IV of Chapter 25 of the Municipal Code of
the'Village of Mount Prospect be, and the same is hereby,
amended by adding thereto a new Section 25.402, which said new
Section shall ~hereafter be and .read as follows:
Section 25.402. It shall be unlawful for any person,
fi£m or corporation to remove, tamper with or possess
any sign which is the property of the Village of Mount
Prospect.
SECTION THREE: The Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication in the man-
met provided by law.
