AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 5
OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
5-30-80
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VII
OR MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: Article X of Chapter 5 of the Municipal Code of
the Village of Mount Prospect be, and the same is hereby, deleted
and the Community Services and Mental Health Commission be, and
it is hereby, abolished.
SECTION TWO: Ar%icle XIV of Chapter 5 of the Municipal Code of
the Village of Mount Prospect be, and it is hereby, deleted
and the Drainage and Clean Streams Commission be, and it is
hereby, abolished.
SECTION THREE: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publicatzon in the manne~
provided by law.
