B. Vt reading of AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 13, ALCOHOLICS LIQUOR, OF
THE VILLAGE CODE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS
This ordinance amends Subparagraph (C)(5)(e) of Section 13.204.1 entitled "Descriptions
and Restrictions" of Chapter 13, "Alcoholic Liquors," of the Mount Prospect Village code.

XII. VILLAGE MANAGER'S REPORT
A. Motion to accept bid for shade tree furnishing and planting in an amount not to
exceed $205,790.
B. Motion to accept bid for parkway tree stump removals in an amount not to exceed
$151,600.
C. Motion to accept State of Illinois bid for the purchase of two (2) new 36,220 lb
GVWR trucks, (cab and chassis) in an amount not to exceed $149,500.
D. Motion to accept bid for streetscape corridor landscape maintenance in an amount
not to exceed $85,000.
E. * Motion to accept bid for parkway restoration in an amount not to exceed $65,000.
F. * Motion to accept State of Illinois bid for the purchase of one (1) new Ford Explorer
in an amount not to exceed $30,356.44.
