ORDINANCE NO. ~028
AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION
14.1406 TO THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE: Article XIV of Chapter 14 (the Zoning Ordinance)
of the Village of Mount Prospect Municipal Code be, and the
same is hereby amended by adding to said Article a new Section
14.1406, which said new Section shall hereafter be and read as
follows:
Section 14.1406. Bonuses.
A ten percent (10%) increase in the number of units
per acre permitted by Section 14.1401A3 may be
allowed by special use permit for the provision
of any one or more of the following amenities:
A. Swimming pool
B. Clubhouse
C. Tennis court
D. Children's playground
E. Other amenities Which the President
and Board of Trustees determine merit
a bonus.
SECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage, approval and publication in the
manner provided by law.
