* A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT OF RESUBDIVISION FOR PROPERTY (Exhibit A)
LOCATED AT 10 MARCELLA ROAD
This resolution subdivides the property to create two (2) lots of record and grant the
Required easements along the property lines. The Planning and Zoning Commission
recommended approval of the Plat of Subdivision by a vote.

CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT, ILLINOIS, REGARDING
THE SOLICITATION OF CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTIONS BY PUBLIC SAFETY
EMPLOYEES
This ordinance amends Chapter 23 by inserting a new section 23.1505
"Solicitation by Public Safety Employees" in compliance with the requirements of
Public Act 97 -692.

OF KENSINGTON ROAD, FROM FOREST AVENUE TO ROUTE 83, FROM THE
ILLINOIS DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION (IDOT) TO THE VILLAGE OF
MOUNT PROSPECT
This ordinance authorizes the Village of Mount Prospect to enter into a Local Agency
Agreement with IDOT for the jurisdictional transfer of Kensington Road, from Forest
Avenue to Route 83.

A. Motion to accept bid for parkway tree trimming contract in an amount not to exceed
$177,000.
