ORDINANCE NO. 3051
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 24.801 OF THE
MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE VILLAGE OF MOUNT PROSPECT
E IT ORDAINED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VIL
F MOUNT PROSPECT, COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS AS FOLLOWS:
ECTION ONE: Section 24.801 of Article VIII of Chapter 24 of the
unicipal Code of the Village of Mount Prospect be, and the same
ereby, amended by adding thereto a new subsection E, which said
ew subsection shall hereafter be and read as follows:
Section 24.801E. Ail or any part of U.S. Rqute
14 (Northwest Highway) located within the
jurisdictional boundaries of the Village of
Mount Prospect.
ECTION TWO: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
