REAS, the P~esident and Board of Trustees of the Village of
ant Prospect passed and approved on July 12, 1979, Ordinance
· 2923 Amending Ordinance No. 2774 and Granting a Special Use
[mit for the K-Mart Property and Specified Variations for the

EREAS, Cermak, Inc. and Maisel & Associates of Michigan have
[uested relief from certain conditions imposed upon them in
id Ordinance No. 2923; and
EREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
unt Propsect have determined that the request made by Cermak,
c. and Maisel & Associates of Michigan is reasonable, and that
is in~e interest of the Village of Mount Prospect to amend
id Ordinance No. 2923 in order to grant the requested relief.
W, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the President and Board of Trust
the Village of Mount Prospect, Cook County, Illinois as follows
CTION ONE: The recitals set forth hereinabove are incorporated
rein as though fully set forth.
CTION TWO: Ordinance No. 2923 is hereby, amended as follows:
1. By deleting Paragraphs (b) and (c) of
Section Five·

By deleting the words "and to pave the
areas of the Plaza Property Maisel is re-
quired to pave as designated on Exhibit A
hereto" from Paragraph (a) of Section Six.
By deleting Paragraph (d) of Section Six.
By deleting Exhibit A and inserting in place
thereof Amended Exhibit A, a true and correct
copy of which is. attached hereto and made a
part hereof.
BY deleting Exhibit B and inserting 'in place
thereof Amended Exhibi~ ~ a true and correct
copy of which is attached hereto and made a part
hereof.
2TION THREE: This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
Ld after its passage, approval, and publication in the manner
:ovided by law.
